Saha Legal is a law practice focused on counseling entrepreneurs, startups, and emerging companies. You can be assisted with a variety of matters from simple legal questions to complex corporate financing and structural matters. We can aid you with your needs as you create and grow your business.
Focused on startup law
While there are many areas of law such as criminal law, personal injury law, maritime law, immigration law, and family law, Saha Legal believes that entrepreneurs are best served when it is focused on entrepreneurial and startup law.
Precision and simplicity
While doing legal work in Japan, our founding attorney, Mr. Saha gained an appreciation for a clean and polished approach to matters. We work diligently to maintain simplicity and precision in a complex field.
We know startups
Saha Legal understands entrepreneurs and the startup community. We understand that these companies are different than massive Fortune 500 companies and that they have different needs.
We don't enjoy working with people who don't care
We like passionate people. We are passionate about what we do and like to work with entrepreneurs that want their company to be the best that it can be. We like the Japanese concept of hansei where you acknowledge where you can improve and kaizen, where you constantly try to improve--everything about yourself, your company, your well-being. We want to work with people with this attitude.
We are available by appointment only and we are located in the Galleria-area of Houston at 1700 Post Oak Blvd., 2 BLVD Place, Suite 600 and the Oak Lawn-area of Dallas at 3838 Oak Lawn Avenue, Suite 1000. Please see here for more information.
We like a clean and polished approach to matters.
We often use a fixed fee billing system. However, on some occasions, we use traditional billing methods when appropriate for certain matters.
